Australian police finds human remains during search for missing Sydney couple

NSW Police announced on 27 February that human remains had been found at a property in the town of Bungonia and a crime scene had been established. The remains, believed to be those of Luke Davies and Jesse Baird, have not been formally identified and a post-mortem examination to determine the cause of death has yet to be conducted, police said. Police are continuing to investigate the disappearance of Jesse Baird and Luke Davies in the Southern Tablelands, southwest of Sydney.
