All five members of the soon-to-debut girl group Rescene have been revealed by the group’s agency, The Muze Entertainment, adding that the girls are getting ready to debut next month.
Profile pictures of members Zena, May, Liv, Minami and Woni were unveiled one after another via the group’s social media channel from Sunday to Tuesday. A group photo of all five members and a short video clip teasing their debut was uploaded on Wednesday.
Two of the members are familiar faces. Minami, who hails from Japan, was a finalist on MBC’s reality audition program “My Teenage Girl” (2021) and Zena was a participant on Channel A’s “Stars Awakening” (2022) and is also a member in virtual girl group MAVE:.
Rescene is the first girl group to debut under The Muze Entertainment’s label. The group’s name is a combination of the preposition “re” and the word “scene,” and means “reminiscence through scent,” according to the agency. It contains the group’s determination to leave a lasting musical impression on the audience.
