Thai man injured in 07 October Hamas attack plans return to Israel due to job insecurity

Kratchakorn, 42, decided to return to his country shortly after being shot in the knee on 07 October 2023 but now he wants to leave again for Israel due to debt and job insecurity in Thailand. Four months after returning to his country, he says he can barely survive with a job as a delivery driver for a convenience store chain, earning a base salary of 500 THB (13.96 dollars or 12.96 euros) per day, plus 15 THB per order. More than 27,500 Palestinians and over 1,300 Israelis have been killed, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry and the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), since Hamas militants launched an attack against Israel from the Gaza Strip on 07 October 2023, and the Israeli operations in Gaza and the West Bank which followed it.
