Russia, Ukraine exchange 100 POWs from each side

The Russian Ministry of Defense announced on 08 February, that 100 Russian military personnel were returned from Ukrainian captivity as a result of the negotiation process. As part of the exchange, 100 Ukrainian prisoners of war (POWs) were transferred to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The United Arab Emirates provided humanitarian mediation during the return of captured Russian servicemen, the ministry added.
