A new five-member girl group consisting of some familiar faces will debut under K-pop agency The Muze Entertainment in March, according to the company on Thursday.
Onlookers may recognize some of the members from reality competition programs, with a finalist from MBC’s “My Teenage Girl” (2021) and a participant on Channel A’s “Stars Awakening” (2022) making their debut as part of the group, according to The Muze Entertainment.
None of the members’ names were identified, and the promotional image announcing the new group’s debut did not show the members’ faces.
The group’s name will be revealed on Feb. 15 through the group’s social media page, which will also be opened on the same day.
The new group will be the first to debut under The Muze Entertainment’s label. The agency held auditions for its girl group until Jan 9.
