Greek farmers block Athens-Thessaloniki national highway
epa11135044 Farmers block the national highway for half an hour in the area of Platykampos, near Larissa city, central Greece, 07 February 2024. Farmers from across northern and central Greece have decided to intensify their protests and block the national highway network. Their demands include among others the lifting of the tax on agricultural diesel fuel, lower energy costs and a 100 percent reimbursement on lost livestock and crop products income.
