Lotte World Youtube channel tops 1 mn subscribers

Lotte World announced on Monday that its English educational YouTube channel, ‘Lotty Friends - Kid’s Songs,’ topped one million subscribers, making it the first of Lotte Group subsidiaries to receive the coveted gold button.

Lotty Friends operates as an educational and entertaining YouTube channel for toddlers, offering content in Korean, English, and Spanish. In addition to learning materials covering language, colors, and daily habits, the channel showcases diverse videos that use Lotte World’s facilities such as Lotte World Adventure and the aquarium, along with characters from Lotte World’s intellectual properties.

“The success of Lotty Friends’ English channel, utilizing Lotte World’s character IP, in attaining the gold button proves its global popularity,” Lotte World CEO Choi Hong-hoon said.
