MarcumAsia Expands with New Hong Kong Office

This expansion supports its growing practice of clients across China and the rest of the Asia region seeking access to global capital markets through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) or Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) merger.

MarcumAsia has a 25 year track record focused on the region, which includes five cities across mainland China and Singapore.
