Boy band EPEX will hold a special pop-up for fans in Japan this month in collaboration with Japanese telecommunication operator KDDI, the band’s agency C9 Entertainment said Friday.
It comes as EPEX kicks off its “So We are not Anxious" tour in Japan, starting Saturday in Tokyo. The band will stop at Japanese cities Fukuoka on Feb. 5, Osaka on Feb. 7, Nagoya on Feb. 8, Tokyo again on Feb. 10 and Yokohama on Feb. 11.
The event will run from Feb. 10 to 12 at Ginza 456 Created by KDDI in Japan, where Samsung’s Galaxy S23 FE pop-up is currently taking place.
The exhibition area will be decked out with EPEX videos and photos, and fans can take pictures using the Galaxy S23 FE.
Limited edition postcards of the band will also be available at the event, according to the agency.
EPEX debuted in 2021 under C9 Entertainment with its first EP “Bipolar Pt.1: Prelude of Anxiety.” The band consists of eight members: Wish, Keum, Mu, A-Min, Baekseung, Ayden, Yewang and Jeff. Its latest Korean album "Prelude of Anxiety Chapter 2. 'Can We Surrender?'" was released on Oct. 4, 2023, which was the second and last entry in the boy band’s “Prelude of Anxiety” series.
The band is set to drop its pre-release single “Graduation Day” on Feb. 5.
