LS Mtron launches new compact tractors in N. America

LS Mtron Co., South Korea’s heavy machinery and electronic components manufacturer, announced Monday that it launched the New MT2·MT2E compact tractor series in North America.

The series comprises the premium MT2 model and the economy MT2E model, designed to enhance operational convenience in confined spaces, making them suitable for small-scale farming and gardening.

The product is tailored for various tasks with features such as an easy-to-use shuttle for effortless forward and reverse operations and dual pedals optimized for transporting soil or gravel.

With the release of the New MT2·MT2E series, LS Mtron aims to expand the sales of compact tractors and self-developed agricultural equipment packages to strengthen its competitiveness in North America.

“The user-friendly features of the New MT2·MT2E will act as an attractive purchasing factor for small-scale hobby farmers in North America,” said Lee Sang-min, head of LS Mtron’s Tractor Business Division. “We will strive to target the top three positions in the North American compact tractor market by enhancing local service and marketing support.”
