Agencies and agricultural associations from all over Fthiotida gathered outside the Panhellenic Exhibition of Lamia for a protest march, with about 100 tractors. After the march, a delegation of farmers met the Regional Governor of Central Greece, Fanis Spanos, while a little earlier, farmers threw a straw ball at the entrance of the Fthiotida Regional Unit building. The demands of the farmers concern both the compensations after the disasters of the Storm Daniel which have not been given to all the farmers, as well as the production costs and the new common agricultural policy.
