Chae Jong-hyeop makes Japanese TV debut in drama 'Eye Love You'

Actor Chae Jong-hyeop made his Japanese small-screen debut in the TBS series “Eye Love You,” airing during Japanese television's evening prime time.
The drama premiered on Tuesday at 10 p.m. and will air every Tuesday.
Chae will act alongside Japanese Academy Award-winner Fumi Nikaido.
The drama revolves around the love story between Yuri Motomiya, played by Nikaido, who has telepathic abilities, and Yoon Tae-oh, played by Chae, who is an overseas student from Korea.
Chae first started as a model then debuted as an actor in 2016 and caught the public eye through his role in SBS’ drama “Hot Stove League” (2019-2020). After gaining recognition, he starred in several dramas such as streaming platform Tving’s original series “The Witch’s Diner” (2021) and tvN’s drama “Castaway Diva” (2023).
