NCT’s Taeyong will drop his second solo album and hold solo concerts in February, his agency SM Entertainment said Thursday.
The upcoming solo album will be released on Feb. 26, capturing the singer’s honest thoughts, according to the agency.
The album will be Taeyong’s first new solo music in eight months since his first solo EP, “Shalala,” was released on June 5, 2023.
Detailed information about the album, including its title, has not yet been disclosed.
Taeyong will hold his first solo concert, “TY Track,” on Feb. 24 and 25 at the Olympic Hall in southern Seoul.
SM said that details about the concert tickets will soon be available on NCT's official social media.
Taeyong debuted in 2016 as a member of the boy band NCT. He is also part of the band’s subgroup NCT 127 and subunit NCT U. He is also a member of SM Entertainment’s male project boy band SuperM.
The singer will perform as an NCT 127 member on Saturday and Sunday at the Thammasat Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, for the band's third world tour, “Neo City — The Unity.”
