Brazil's justice minister and his replacement hold first transition meeting in Brasilia

Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva announced on 11 January that former magistrate Lewandowski would becom his new Minister of Justice, replacing Dino. The former judge, 75, is an old acquaintance of Da Silva and was key in helping clear his name after he was convicted of corruption and money laundering.
