Hyundai Motor launches new large truck ‘2024 Xcient Pro’

Hyundai Motor has launched the updated model of its large commercial vehicle, the ‘2024 Xcient Pro,’ that is characterized by enhanced ride comfort and convenience.

The new truck features premium driver seats from Germany’s ISRI, known for specializing in seats for commercial vehicles, as an optional specification, Hyundai Motor said on Tuesday. The ISRI premium driver seats reduce driver fatigue and offer longer maintenance intervals compared to conventional seats.

The cargo 6X4 and tractor models have been improved as well with a rear axle air suspension to enhance riding comfort, and the air springs adjust pressure based on road conditions and cargo load, mitigating surface shocks.

The durability of the chassis, general components, and cargo compartments are also reinforced. For the 8X4 22t and 10X4 25t cargo models, a waterproof composite gate made from lightweight materials with excellent sealing performance is offered as an optional feature. This not only prevents corrosion but also enhances the convenience of gate opening and closing.

Both cargo and tractor models come equipped with long-lasting LED rear combination lamps as a standard feature. The 6X2 tractor offers an optional upgrade to a splined-type disc brake that improves durability and maintainability.

Hyundai Motor will begin accepting contracts for the 2024 Xcient Pro starting from January 23rd, 2024, with deliveries scheduled to start sequentially the following month.
