“Parasite” (2019) director Bong Joon-ho is set to moderate a talk show for the upcoming film “Dead Man” on Feb. 3, the film's distributor Plus M Entertainment said Monday.
The new film is directed by Ha Joon-won, who cowrote the screenplay for director Bong’s 2006 film “The Host.”
“Dead Man” revolves around a man who sells his name to shady businesses in return for payment, then gets involved in an embezzlement scheme worth billions of won. The story follows a man's journey to reclaim his life and the intertwined stories of those associated with his sold name. The film star actors Cho Jin-woong, Kim Hee-ae and Lee Soo-kyung.
The talk show will take place at Megabox’s Dolby Cinema at COEX, southern Seoul, with the film’s director and actors alongside director Bong.
Ticket sales for the talk show will open on Monday at 5 p.m.
Detailed information about the talk show is available on Megabox’s website and its app, alongside the social media of streaming platform Wavve.
“Dead Man” will come to theaters on Feb. 7.
