A plastics factory in Incheon caught fire Sunday morning, resulting in one firefighter being hospitalized for smoke inhalation.
The fire broke out around 10:44 a.m., with local fire authorities receiving more than 30 reports.
Some 154 firefighting personnel and 61 fire trucks were dispatched to the site.
The city government sent a safety alert telling people to stay indoors as smoke blanketed nearby areas.
Fire authorities said they will investigate the cause of the blaze.
