Samsung Welstory offers ‘360 solution’ to restaurant clients

Samsung Welstory has been expanding 360 Solution’s expertise and diversity to become a leading solution business partner in the food and beverage distribution industry, following the company’s vision to become a ‘global food and beverage solution leader’ unveiled on its 10th anniversary in December 2023.
To this end, Samsung Welstory is providing optimized solutions for restaurant franchise clients, including the development of exclusive products, support for franchise expansion, promotional marketing, and sales channel support.
One of Samsung Wellstory’s clients, Helkipooki, increased its franchise locations by six times and its monthly sales by 35 times since implementing the 360 Solution.
Helkipooki specializes in keto kimbap, which uses thin egg strips instead of rice, a process that requires significant time and manpower, limiting its franchise expansion. In response, Samsung Welstory developed and stably supplied mass-produced egg strips specifically for keto kimbap, enabling Helkipooki to expand its number of its franchises substantially.
Samsung Welstory also collaborated in launching new products like ‘Sugar-Free Sriracha Tteokbokki’, made with sriracha sauce, a special sauce using alternative sugars, and brown rice cakes.
Helkipooki also benefitted from information technology (IT) solutions, such as market analysis and franchise recruitment advertising, via MyFranchise, Inc., a franchise startup platform affiliated with Samsung Welstory.
Samsung Welstory launched the 360 Solution in 2021 by integrating its customized solutions for client support and established the F&B Consulting Group in 2022, a specialized organization that provides clients with space and menu consulting.
