SK telecom launches corporate-focused AI service

South Korea’s SK telecom Co. launched a corporate-focused service using artificial intelligence (AI) to enter the business-to-business (B2B) market.

SK telecom on Wednesday announced the release of the ‘Enterprise AI Market,’ a platform that enables businesses to use AI services tailored to their specific needs. The platform allows companies and public institutions to create and use AI applications (apps) even with no coding knowledge, according to the telecom company.

The Enterprise AI Market provides services for enterprises that allow administrators to create AI apps by entering commands and employees to receive answers to their questions via a chatbot. This platform is offered as a cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) and as an on-premises service.
