Crossover vocal quartet Forestella will drop new song "Stuck In a Maze" on Wednesday.
"Stuck In a Maze" makes the first entry into music producer ButterFly's new music project "Bjjmusic Original," the producer's new project that "utilizes digitalized programming and AI to create new styles of music," the quartet's agency Beat Interactive said in a press release Wednesday.
The track, recorded before the band's youngest member, Ko Woo-rim, started his mandatory military service in November, is an upbeat rock score that bases its rhythms on hip-hop and strong rock sounds.
Forestella, featuring members Bae Doo-hoon, Kang Hyung-ho, Cho Min-gyu and Ko Woo-rim, was formed through JTBC's crossover band audition program "Phantom Singer 2" in 2017.
After winning the show, the band debuted the following year with its first full-length album, "Evolution," in March 2018.
Ko married figure skater and Olympic medalist Yuna Kim in October 2022 after three years of dating.
