Kolon supplies uniforms for Gangwon Youth Olympics staff

Kolon Sport, the outdoor brand under Kolon Industries Inc.’s FnC division, is making strides in global event sponsorship as Kolon FnC announces its official sponsorship of the 2024 Gangwon Winter Youth Olympics in various capacities.

Kolon FnC revealed its participation in the event as an official sponsor on Tuesday, supplying a total of 5,000 Kolon Sport uniforms to event organizers, staff, and volunteers including ski down jumpers, ski pants, fleece jumpers, gloves, and hats. The materials used for the uniforms’ insulation include Responsible Down Standard (RDS) certified down and recycled polyester filling, aligning with the brand’s commitment to sustainability.

In addition to supporting the Youth Olympics, Kolon FnC is also a sponsor for the Arctic Basecamp, a non-profit organization, during the 2024 World Economic Forum (WEF) taking place in Davos, Switzerland. The sponsorship involved providing Kolon Sport’ flagship product, Antarctica, to the basecamp, a group of scientists raising awareness about the risks of climate change in polar regions.
