A web novel centering on boy band Riize will begin its second season on Saturday.
The second season of the novel, “Rise & Realize,” will take off from the first season, depicting how the members came together and trained to become a part of SM Entertainment's newest boy band Riize.
Season two will focus on the bandmates' emotional change and growth since their debut and how they work to become a team.
Three episodes will be released in total. Each episode will be uploaded every Saturday at 10 p.m.
The first “Rise & Realize” season was released in August 2023, before the band’s debut last September.
Riize debuted on Sept. 4 last year with its first single, “Get A Guitar,” under SM Entertainment. The band comprises Shotaro, Sungchan, Eunseok, Wonbin, Seunghan, Sohee and Anton. Seunghan has been on break since Nov. 22 last year after controversial pictures and videos from his past went viral.
The band released the single “Love 119” on Jan. 5, topping local music charts, including Melon and Bugs. The song also topped the iTunes Top Song chart in nine countries after its release.
