Users are skeptical on a new opening of a pedestrian cross in San Diego

The users are skeptical about the third opening of the international pedestrian crossing, which has been closed and reopened three times in the last year. On the Mexican side, the crossing is called El Chaparral, and it was closed in March 2020 due to COVID-19 pandemic, in early 2023, it was opened on the Mexico-US way and closed again in May.
