Samsung Electronics on Wednesday released an online invitation for its upcoming "Galaxy Unpacked 2024: Opening a New Era of Mobile AI" where its newest Galaxy S24 will be revealed.
"Get ready to discover a new era full of possibilities with the latest Galaxy innovations, designed to transform how you live, connect and create," the Korean IT giant said in the release for the invitation.
Samsung Electronics released a 12-second video clip along with the invitation, which shows what's presumed to be a titanium box shifting its form into four stars. The clip at the end shows the phrase, "Galaxy AI is coming."
The hardware of Galaxy S24's Ultra was speculated to be made out of titanium material for the first time.
The S24 series is expected to have a number of built-in AI functions, such as real-time call translations and email summarizations.
The Unpacked event is scheduled to take place in San Jose, California, on Jan. 17 at 10 a.m. local time. It will be streamed live on a number of platforms, including the company's YouTube channel.
