Police graduation ceremony in Helmand

Some 439 policemen have graduated from the Islamic and National Training Center in Helmand after undergoing a two-month comprehensive training program. The training covered essential areas such as law enforcement, human rights, crime detection, weapon usage, public order, and religious affairs.
