CIX will drop its first single this month, the boy band's agency C9 Entertainment said Tuesday.
The single will be the band's first music in eight months since its sixth EP, "'OK' Episode 2: I'm OK," was released on May 29.
It will be the beginning of the band's new album series, the agency added.
Further details, including the single's title and release date, will become available in the coming days.
CIX debuted in 2019 under C9 Entertainment. The band consists of five members: BX, Seunghun, Bae Jin-young, Yonghee and Hyunsuk.
The band released a compilation of albums under two series, "Hello" and "OK."
The band held its second world tour "Save me, Kill me" in Europe, the United States and Japan during the first half of 2023. It held its first in-person fan meet and greets in Korea on Aug. 19 and Aug. 20, followed by Japanese fan meet-and-greets in September 2023.
