KT launches ‘Smart Discount Promotion’ for new customers

KT Corp. on Tuesday announced the launch of its ‘Smart Discount Promotion’ targeting new customers signing up for high-speed internet and Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) services via remote channels.

The company will provide new subscribers with benefits of up to 11,000 won ($8.5) per month, equivalent to gifts, through fee discounts accessible via its official website and customer service center.

This promotional offer extends until June 30, 2024, and includes additional discounts for those using combined service options or paying with affiliated credit cards.

“With the rise of untact economy, the sales channels for internet and TV services are also transitioning towards remote interactions. By aligning our products and offering benefits with these evolving trends, we aim to enhance the actual value and satisfaction for our customers,” a company official said.
