The Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP) has expressed grave concerns over the deteriorating human rights situation in the country, particularly highlighting issues such as manipulation of the electoral landscape, assault on vulnerable groups, mass expulsion of Afghan refugees, law and order challenges in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and clampdown on dissent. The HRCP emphasized that these concerns need to be addressed urgently by an elected government that operates independently and is committed to upholding the rights of all citizens and residents.
