At least 12 killed after Russia launched wave of strikes across Ukraine

In the Dnipropetrovsk region a shopping center was hit, killing five people and injuring 15 others, the Ukrainian Ministry of the Internal Affairs wrote on telegram. President Zelensky said that around 110 missiles were fired against Ukraine, with 'the majority of them being shot down'.
