LG CNS obtains fourth Google certification on data analysis

LG CNS Co., a digital transformation company under South Korea’s LG Group, said on Wednesday that it obtained the Data Analytics Service Specialization certification on Google Cloud, becoming the first Korean company to obtain four of the 20 certifications offered by the U.S. tech company.

Google Cloud evaluates five key areas related to data analytics, including company profiles, consistent customer success, rigorous technical assessment, specialization capabilities, and monitoring systems, to designate a data analytics service specializing entity.

In its role as a cloud-managed service provider (MSP), LG CNS has been recognized for its adeptness in collecting and analyzing data across diverse industries, such as manufacturing and telecommunications on Google Cloud, the company said.

LG CNS is also known for its ability to create models for minimizing defective products or optimizing operation rates by leveraging Google Cloud’s data platform BigQuery to analyze a manufacturing process in a given factory.

The latest achievement adds to LG CNS’s existing specialist certifications in machine learning, infrastructure, and cloud migration on Google Cloud.
