One dead, at least 11 injured in bus accident at Suwon Station

A transit bus struck several people at a transfer center station at Suwon Station in Gyeonggi Friday, killing one person and injuring 11 others.
The accident occurred at 1:27 p.m. on the second floor of the Suwon bus transfer station. Three people were seriously injured and taken to the hospital.
At least eight others suffered minor injuries, though the casualty count could rise.
Witnesses said the city bus struck pedestrians at a crosswalk at the station.
Police and fire authorities plan to investigate the details of the accident.
