On the 19th, the agency KOZ Entertainment posted a notice regarding security issues at BOYNEXTDOOR Airport through Weverse, a fan communication community platform.

According to this, the agency said, "On the 16th, a problem arose due to the inappropriate behavior of a security guard who was performing security duties for BOYNEXTDOOR at the Qingdao Airport. We apologize to the fans for this."

In addition, "We have separately apologized to those who suffered direct damage, and are asking if there are any abnormalities in their mental, physical health or belongings for follow-up care. We have taken measures to prevent the security personnel from being placed on our artist's site in the future," they said, adding, "We will make every effort to strengthen security guides and education for security personnel to prevent such problems from happening again."

Earlier on the 18th, a video showing a BOYNEXTDOOR being guarded at the Qingdao Airport spread on online communities and SNS.

In the video, a bodyguard was seen pushing hard against a fan filming BOYNEXTDOOR with a camera. The fan fell so hard that most of the people passing by looked at the fan, but the bodyguard continued to guard with a distorted expression without any follow-up, which became more controversial.

In addition, suspicions were added that BOYNEXTDOOR visited Everland's Panda World and abused their "fame" power.

On the 18th, an online community posted, "It seemed like there were celebrities there, people were blocking the entrance and shouting to empty the space stopping the line. So I squeezed in and the male staff was pushing people," adding, "As the crowd of celebrities went down the Q-pass (QR Pass, able to enter first), the people who brought cannons and camera to take pictures of the celebrities just started to cut in the line (normal entry) and entered first. It was absurd."

Another comment was added, along with a photo of a BOYNEXTDOOR member holding a drink, saying, "The notice says in large letters that outside drinks are prohibited inside the Panda World, but they broke the regulations".

Looking at the internal rules for use at Panda World, it is stated that 'you must observe in a quiet voice', 'you must carry around your strollers and wagons with you', 'all food intake is restricted', and 'you must move according to the guidance of the staff'. KOZ Entertainment, the agency, did not express any statement regarding this controversy yet.
