Singer-songwriter Woodz will hold one last concert in January before starting his mandatory military service, his agency, EDAM Entertainment, said Wednesday.
The concert, titled “Woodz World Tour ‘OO-LI’ Finale,” will be held at the Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Songpa District, southern Seoul on Jan. 19, three days before he starts his mandatory military service in the army band on Jan. 22.
“Following the ‘Woodz Wolrd Tour OO-LI' [and] the encore world tour ‘OO-LI And,’ [Woodz] is coming back, not as an ‘end,’ but as a ‘finale,’ performing at a larger stadium and enjoying a fun time with everyone who followed him throughout the journey,” EDAM Entertainment said in a news release Wednesday.
Ticket sales will open first to members of Woodz’s official fan club on Dec. 27, and a general sale will follow on Dec. 29. Ticket prices will range from 121,000 won ($93) for class S seats to 132,000 won for class R and standing sections.
Woodz, whose real name is Cho Seung-youn, first debuted as a member of boy band UNIQ in 2014. He started his solo career with his stage name, Woodz, in 2018.
