Boarding school building partially collapses in Romania, leaving one student dead and three others injured

Firefighters found under the debris of the building four students who were injured in the accident. Three of the children were saved and then hospitalized in the local hospital for medical care, but the fourth student could not be revived and was declared dead. The 'Tamas Aron' Theoretical High School and the boarding house buildings were built in 1910, having historical building status. Work was being carried out in the area to modernize the sewerage of the respective street. City Hall said that 97 students were accommodated in the building, but the authorities do not know exactly how many students were in the building at the time of its partial collapse.
