Suspected Hamas members face arraignment at the Federal Supreme Court in Karlsruhe

epa11030621 Federal Police officers lead two suspects out from the helicopter for their arraignment at the Federal Supreme Court (BGH) in Karlsruhe, Germany, 15 December 2023. According to the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office, officers from the Federal Criminal Police Office took Abdelhamid Al A., Mohamed B. and Ibrahim El-R. into custody in Berlin. Nazih R. was also arrested by Dutch police forces in Rotterdam on the basis of a European arrest warrant issued by the investigating judge at the Federal Court of Justice.
