Girl group Twice will drop its prerelease single “I Got You” on Feb. 2, its agency, JYP Entertainment, said Friday.
The group's most recent single, the Japanese track “Dance Again,” was released this past Tuesday.
Twice will also hold an encore concert for its fifth world tour, titled “Ready To Be,” in the United States, the agency said Tuesday. That will take place on March 16 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. It will mark the group’s third U.S. stadium solo concert, according to the agency.
The group has previously held solo concerts at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles and MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, which is home to the New York Jets and the New York Giants.
The group is currently on its world tour, which began in April in Seoul and has since stopped in countries including Australia and Japan, as well as cities in North America. The nine members are set to perform in Nagoya, central Japan, on Saturday and Sunday, followed by more cities including Jakarta, Indonesia; Mexico City; and Sao Paulo.
Twice debuted in October 2015 under JYP Entertainment. It consists of nine members: Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Jihyo, Momo, Sana, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung and Tzuyu. The group is known for it hit songs such as “Cheer Up” (2016), “TT” (2016), “What is Love?” (2018), “Yes or Yes” (2018) and “Feel Special” (2019).
The group landed on No. 7 on the Billboard’s Year-End Top Album Sales chart with its 12th EP, “Ready To Be.” “Ready To Be” has also been nominated for Album of the Year at the 38th Golden Disc Awards.
