Minnie of (G)I-DLE left the stage during her performance due to health issues at the "Jingle Ball 2023 in Philadelphia," held on Tuesday in the United States, her agency Cube Entertainment said Wednesday.
"Minnie showed a strong determination to stay with the fans who were waiting until the end, but our company took immediate action to ensure she could rest and recover for her health," Cube Entertainment said.
"We apologize for causing concern to the fans. Future schedules will be managed and adjusted with the artist's health as the top priority. We will provide updates on any changes to the schedule. Once again, we ask for the fans' understanding. Our company will do our utmost to ensure the artist's recovery and health management." the agency added.
Girl group (G)I-DLE joined U.S. radio station iHeartRadio's annual "2023 Jingle Ball Tour," performing in Los Angeles on Dec. 2, followed by Chicago on Dec. 4, Detroit on Dec. 5, New York on Friday, Boston on Sunday, Washington on Monday and Philadelphia on Tuesday, in a total of seven cities out of the tour's 11 stops.
The group is scheduled to release its second full-length album in January 2024.
