Charity fundraiser for underprivileged children 'Christmas Trees Festival 2023' in Bucharest

epa10997721 Executive President of Save the Children Romania Gabriela Alexandrescu (3L) announces the details for the Christmas Trees Festival 2023, a charity fundraiser event to help children, during a press conference held at the National Art Museum in Bucharest, Romania, 27 November 2023. On December 08, in a charity event organized by the NGO 'Save The Children' and the National Art Museum of Romania, unique Christmas trees hand crafted by famous artists and designers will be auctioned by companies and entrepreneurs for the education of underprivileged children. With the funds collected at the Christmas Trees Festival charity event in 2022, 42,000 children from all over Romania received educational and social services in 2023 through financing summer schools/kindergartens, additional education for teachers, donation of books for libraries schools, renovating and equipping schools in the province.
