Audi Korea held an after-sales service experience event for customers called the "2023 Audi Service Experience" on Oct. 28, during which Audi customers could tour the facilities at the service center and examine their vehicles alongside Audi specialists.
The event was met with an enthusiastic response from the customers. In particular, customers were intrigued by the tours around the company’s repair facilities and the following Q. and A. session with the Audi specialists addressing customer inquiries about vehicle repairs.
In addition, the “2023 Audi Loyalty Campaign” was held through November, during which Audi cars registered before Dec. 31, 2021 could receive a vehicle inspection in 13 categories, all free of charge.
Visitors were also eligible for engine oil change discounts and a 20 percent discount on genuine parts.
The "Audi Quattro Special Program" is a sweepstakes available for customers purchasing Quattro-equipped models until Dec. 31, which will give a special voucher for winter tire replacements worth 2 million won ($1,500) to 20 lucky winners.
Above all, Audi is committed to expanding its charging and customer service centers to meet the growing demand of drivers of the Audi electric vehicle e-tron and improve communication with customers.
Audi currently operates 40 service centers nationwide. Of these, 31 can perform electronic vehicle inspections, general repairs and consumables exchanges.
To support the smooth charging of Audi’s e-tron, service centers and showrooms nationwide are equipped with the largest 320 kilowatt fast chargers, and rapid chargers are scheduled to be added to all showrooms by 2024.
The "My Audi World" application provides e-tron customers with convenient digital-based service, covering everything from finding and reserving charging stations and checking charging status to linking credit cards to facilitate the charging.
With all hands on deck, Audi Korea plans to continue prioritizing customer satisfaction, offering various service programs and campaigns, and share the auto company’s "progress through technology" motto with its customers throughout the future.
