Following the devastating floods that wreaked havoc in various regions of Pakistan, including the district of Dera Ismail Khan during summer 2022, International Rescue Committee (IRC) and Health Education And Development Society (HEADS) NGOs established a medical camp to provide free health treatment for those affected by the floods. The floods caused widespread destruction, displacing communities and exposing them to various health issues such as skin allergies, diseases, and malaria, due to poor hygiene and limited healthcare access.
