After Ihn Yo-han, chairman of the governing People Power Party (PPP)’s innovation committee, urged senior PPP lawmakers to run in districts hostile to them instead of sticking to the same constituency as before, many of the lawmakers, who are loyal to President Yoon Suk Yeol, are turning their backs on the recommendation from the naturalized medical doctor for fear of losing their seats.
