Balochistan government issues alert to halt Congo virus' spread

The Balochistan government issued an alert to halt the virus' spread in the province after a doctor, who contracted the Congo virus, died while being transferred to Karachi for treatment. The deceased was one of 11 healthcare providers infected after an outbreak of Crimean Congo Haemorrhagic Fever (CCHF) at the Sandeman Provincial Hospital.
