Wanted Lab nabs partnership with LAPRAS for AI-based recruitment services

South Korea’s HR tech company, Wanted Lab, Inc., announced on Friday that it entered a strategic partnership with Japanese IT talent career matching firm LAPRAS to introduce its AI matching model to the Japanese recruitment market.

LAPRAS leverages social media platforms that are preferred by Japanese developers, such as GitHub and X, to automatically generate resumes and portfolios. The platform analyzes and assesses applicants’ roles and skills, providing a LAPRAS SCORE to quantify their capabilities.

Wanted Lab plans to incorporate its core technology and proprietary AI model from the AI matching recruitment service ‘Wanted’ into LAPRAS. Drawing from its experience in developing and operating various AI services, including ‘AI Interview Coaching’ and ‘Career Map’ for career planning, Wanted Lab aims to enhance LAPRAS’ AI recruitment services.
