Rapper Jay Park will drop a new single "Why" on Nov. 17, his self-established agency More Vision said Friday.
While other information about the single was not disclosed, a teaser image released on Thursday showed Jay Park wearing a bandanna and posing with a woman, hinting at a retro-slash-old-school vibe of the new single.
Jay Park debuted in 2008 as the leader of boy band 2PM under JYP Entertainment but left the band the following year. He started his solo career with EP "Count On Me" (2010). He is known for hit songs including "Joah" (2013), "Mommae" (2015) and "Solo" (2015). He released a number of singles this year, such as "Candy" and "Sunday Night Drive."
The singer also works actively as a music producer, establishing multiple labels, including AOMG in 2013, H1ghr Music in 2017 and More Vision in 2021. He is currently only managing his newest label, More Vision.
