CJ OliveNetworks collaborates with SAP Korea for next generation ERP

CJ OliveNetworks Co., a top-tier digital service company under South Korea’s CJ Group, announced on Tuesday that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with SAP Korea Ltd., a leading enterprise resource planning (ERP) software company, to develop a next-generation ERP system.

Under the agreement, the two companies will collaborate on various initiatives, including the application of SAP Best Practice (BP) in the food manufacturing and distribution sector, cost efficiency optimization from a cloud optimization perspective, exploring new business opportunities, and developing SAP expert training programs.

Both companies plan to work together to create a customized ERP system that supports the successful digital transformation (DX) of CJ’s major affiliates.

CJ OliveNetworks expects that once the next-generation ERP system is in place, it will not only enhance the IT infrastructure but also improve the business competitiveness of major affiliates and expand their global business, moving away from the traditional customer-centric operational system.
