Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) said that it will host a seminar at the Construction Building in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on Friday, to explore ways of streamlining the management of maintenance and repair work for apartment complexes using smart technology.

During this seminar, attendees will examine the current state of maintenance and management for domestic apartment complex facilities, identify prevalent issues, analyze defect repair trends for private apartment complexes, and explore relevant smart technologies. The discussion will also encompass LH’s proposed approach to integrated management of maintenance and repair work for housing units provided via sales and leasing.
