The Bespoke Grande AI Washer & Dryer combo is an all-in-one product enabling the vertical stack of washing machine and dryer, enhancing space utilization.

The model eliminates the hassle of transferring laundry from washer to dryer and completes laundry loads in one step. It combines a maximum 25 kg large washing capacity with a maximum 21 kg heat pump drying capability and is backed by intelligent functions to give consumers more flexibility.

Various capacity options are available depending on the consumers’ needs.

The 2023 models feature a simple yet evolved “Bespoke” design with two new colors options, while control panels and the body are integrated in the same color, adding more style.

Utilizing upgraded noise reduction technology with a vibration sensor and a two-stage damper, it delivers quieter yet more powerful performance.

Samsung’s new Bespoke laundry pair delivers a level of convenience and efficiency that allows consumers to save energy, water and detergent through AI-powered sustainability.

The Bespoke AI laundry lineup is equipped with groundbreaking eco-conscious technologies considering the pressing issue of sea pollution due to microplastics.

The technology developed in partnership with activewear brand Patagonia, a wash course reduces microplastics emissions from clothing by 60 percent, while gentle washing which sheds less microplastics lessens fabric damage by 30 percent.

A year of using the Bespoke AI washer results in the reduction of microplastics the equivalent of 10 plastic credit cards.

Beyond reducing microplastics, the Bespoke AI Washer is packed with even more eco-conscious features to empower users to experience everyday sustainability without sacrificing performance.

Samsung’s proprietary AI Ecobubble technology ensures high standards of cleanliness and hygiene for clothing by allowing detergents to quickly penetrate fabrics and remove dirt — even in cold water.

Using cool water instead of warm water without adding extra cycle time helps users save up to 70 percent of energy use with the AI Energy Mode of SmartThings Energy, Samsung’s connected appliance service offering insights on home appliances’ energy consumption for enhancing efficiency.

Users can minimize waste and optimize their energy and detergent usage through the AI Wash Cycle, a smart feature that conserves resources while washing clothes thoroughly and gently.

This intelligent washer detects the weight and softness of the fabric in each load and continuously monitors the laundry's soil level. It releases the ideal detergent amount, using the technology the eco-company dubbed Auto Dispense.

The bespoke dryer’s AI Dry technology also continually monitors the temperature and humidity while adjusting the settings to ensure that laundry is optimally dried and no energy is wasted.

You can just toss in the laundry and let the machine figure out the rest.

Feeling dry, feeling clean

Clean laundry comes with a clean washer and dryer.

Samsung applies its advanced technologies to help users manage their machine efficiently. Once the cycle is completed, the door automatically opens making it easier for users to retrieve their laundry. It also lets out humid air and heat while bringing fresh air into the drum.

The dryer also automatically removes any moisture that may remain after laundry is removed. Using high-temperature dry air to sterilize every corner and eradicate 99.99 percent of germs, dryers are guaranteed to stay dry.

It also takes the humidity of the laundry room into consideration. The automatic sensor detects the humidity of the surrounding environment and dehumidifies it depending on the user’s setting.
