(MHNSPORTS Heewon Kim reporter) NEW JEANS is breaking new records every week on the US Billboard chart.
According to the latest US Billboard chart released on the 24th (local time), NEW JEANS' ( Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein) 2nd mini album 'Get Up' ranked 84th on the main album chart 'Billboard 200'.
As a result, 'Get Up' has been on the chart for 13 consecutive weeks since it ranked first on the chart dated August 5, continuing the new record of being the longest chart-in for a 4th generation K-pop girl group.
Additionally, this album ranked 2nd in 'World Albums', 17th in 'Top Current Album Sales', and 20th in 'Top Album Sales'.
In particular, 'Super Shy,' which stayed on Billboard's main song chart 'Hot 100' for eight weeks, ranked 44th in 'Global Excl. US' and 70th in 'Global 200' this week, maintaining its ranking for 15 consecutive weeks on both charts, while 'ETA' ranked 89th and 146th on both charts for 13 weeks, respectively.
Meanwhile, 'GODS,' the theme song of the '2023 League of Legends (LoL) World Championship' (Lold Cup) sung by NEW JEANS, ranked 116th in 'Global Excl. US' and 173rd in 'Global 200' for two consecutive weeks.
