Blackpink's Lisa earned her eighth Guinness World Record, this time with her song "Money" from her 2021 solo debut EP "Lalisa."
According to Guinness World Records on Thursday, "Money" is the first K-pop track to reach 1 billion streams on the global music streaming service Spotify.
She added two world record titles in May for her solo EP "Lalisa." The EP broke records for having over 1 billion streams, the fastest solo K-pop artist to reach the feat on Spotify.
She also holds the record for the most-viewed solo artist's YouTube music video within 24 hours with "Lalisa."
Lisa, a member of girl group Blackpink from YG Entertainment, dropped her solo debut album "Lalisa," in September 2021.
Currently, the members of Blackpink are in talks with the agency on whether to extend their contracts with the agency.
Lisa is rumored to leave the agency, which has been staying mum on the rumor.
