Le Sserafim will work with Blizzard Entertainment's Overwatch 2 team to produce the music video for its first English digital single, "Perfect Night," according to the girl group's agency Source Music Thursday.
This is the Overwatch franchise's first musical artist collaboration for in-game content. Overwatch is a franchise centered on the U.S. video game developer and publisher's first-person shooter games.
The girl group will also appear on stage at the gaming convention BlizzCon on Nov. 4, the game publisher's annual event at the Anaheim Convention Center in California. Le Sserafim will be the first K-pop act to perform at the event.
The music video for Le Sserafim's "Perfect Night" will be released at 1 p.m. on Oct. 27.
Le Sserafim debuted in May 2022 with album "Fearless" under Source Music, a subsidiary of HYBE and home to now-inactive girl group GFriend.
"Fearless" (2022), "Antifragile" (2022) and "Unforgiven" all scored well on streaming platforms and in the number of physical copies sold, with the group's latest album "Unforgiven" selling 1.2 million copies in the first week of its release.
